Translate User Interfaces of Open Contacts

Open Contacts supports Unicode. That's, even on English windows (2000 and XP or above), you can input non-English characters, though the user interfaces are still mostly in English.

It is surely better to have the user interfaces in your native language as well. The translation of the user interfaces consists of 3 parts:

• Customizing default empty database
• Localizing the Windows program user interfaces
• Amending template files in XML
